Ms. Carsky has a broad base of experience with her primary practice in civil litigation, contract and real estate related work. She has prosecuted and defended personal injury, health insurance and condemnation cases and has held numerous positions representing local governments and their boards, especially in the areas of code enforcement and constitutional law.

Ms. Carsky's representative recent matters include the following:
  • The successful prosecution of complex contract and construction claims and litigation;
  • The successful representation of real estate brokers and agents;
  • The successful prosecution of personal injury and wrongful death cases involving negligent security of bar and restaurant facilities;
  • Counsel to the sponsor in an eleven phase Planned Unit Development; and The representation of buyers, seller and lenders in residential real estate transactions.


Ms. Carsky is a 1980 graduate of Albany Law School and has been admitted to practice in New York and Florida since 1981. She graduated magna cum laude from Colgate University where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. While there, she spent a semester at Mansfield College of Oxford University. Ms. Carsky is a member of the Saratoga County Bar Association, the Capital District Women's Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, and is President of the Saratoga Springs Preservation Foundation.
