NICOLE R. RODGERS

Nicole recently joined the firm as an associate attorney. She practices primarily in the areas of family law, bankruptcy, real estate and civil litigation, with a special focus on divorce, separation, custody, visitation and support proceedings. Additionally, Nicole regularly counsels individuals and businesses on current issues surrounding debt and bankruptcy in today's economic climate. She employs her knowledge and experience in bankruptcy law to guide the firm's clients through the complex court proceedings in a timely and efficient manner.
Nicole received her Bachelor of Arts with a concentration in Economics and Spanish from the College of Wooster in 2003. While enrolled at Wooster, Nicole spent a semester abroad at the Universidad de Cordoba in Cordoba, Spain. Nicole is a 2007 graduate of Albany Law School and is admitted to practice in the courts of New York State and in the United States District Court for the Northern and Southern District of New York. Nicole's professional activities include the Saratoga County Bar Association, Legal Project Legal Clinic and the Saratoga County Law Guardian Panel. Nicole is an avid golfer and she enjoys hiking, skiing, and spending time with her family in the Adirondacks.
