From South and West:

• New York State Thruway to Exit 23.

• After Exit 23 tollbooth, proceed straight onto 787 North.

• 787 North to exit for 20 West/9 North/Downtown (Third exit from toll booth - After Port of Albany and Empire State Plaza/Rensselaer exits; approximately 1.5 miles).

• At traffic light off of exit ramp, turn left toward Broadway.

• Go through light, bearing right, after underpass onto Broadway.

• Take a left at the second set of lights on Broadway. This puts you on State Street.

• The first traffic light on State Street is at South/North Pearl Street. 90 State Street is on the Southwest corner of that intersection. (OK Copies and Savannah's Nite Club are businesses at that corner.)

From the North:

• Take the Northway (I-87 South) to the exit marked 1e/1w, Thruway/I-90 West & I-90 East/Boston.

• Bear to the left to exit 1e; I-90 East. Proceed on I-90 East until Exit marked 787 (approximately 5 miles). Bear right to 787 South.

• Stay right on 787 South and exit at Clinton Avenue.

• Proceed straight to the second light, North Pearl Street, after exiting. (The Palace Theater will be on your right).

• Take a left onto North Pearl Street

• North Pearl Street intersects State Street at the third traffic light.

• 90 State Street is on the Southwest corner of that intersection. (OK Copies and Savannah's Nite Club are businesses at that corner.)

From the East:

• I-90 West to the Exit for 787 (Albany and Troy).

• Bear left at the exit and proceed to 787 South. Stay right on 787 South and exit at Clinton Avenue.

• Proceed straight to the second light, North Pearl Street, after exiting. (The Palace Theater will be on your right).

• Take a left onto North Pearl Street.

• North Pearl Street intersects State Street at the third traffic light.
