Ms. Carsky has a broad base of experience with her primary practice in civil litigation, contract and real estate related work. She has prosecuted and defended personal injury, business litigation and divorce cases and has held numerous positions representing local governments and their boards.
Ms. Carsky's matters include the following:
- The successful prosecution of complex contract and construction claims and litigation;
- The successful representation of real estate brokers, agents and developers;
- The successful prosecution of personal injury and wrongful death cases, particularly those involving negligent property condition and security;
- The representation of buyers, seller and lenders in residential real estate transactions and counsel to the sponsor in an eleven phase Planned Unit Development;
